We want you to love your Rowen Homes purchase, but if an item isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective internal packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Ship It Back
Print your generated returns label and drop your parcel off at your nearest designated courier point or schedule a collection for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
