How long will it take to receive my furniture order?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks for our specialist couriers to schedule and complete your delivery.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 14-day return period for most accessories and smaller items in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke upholstered items and 'made-to-order' furniture are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the UK and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your selected items.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing a sofa?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering a swatch pack to ensure the color and texture match your interior. You can request up to five fabric samples free of charge via our 'Request a Swatch' page.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
